Training for Laura.

Laura had woke up before Adam woke up. She had changed into her winter work out clothes. A sweatshirt, sports bra and sweat pants. She wrapped her hands in bandages. Her hair in a high pony tail. When she got out, she walked to the punching center. Laura started to punch the bag hard, letting her frustration out on it. At times she would kick it, then spin around and kick it. She was alone, which made her work very hard.

Adam woke up, a bit alarmed she wasn't there next to him. He got up and buttoned his shirt up, and put his socks and shoes on. He glanced out of the window, and saw Laura on the training grounds. He breathed a sigh of relief, and just watched her from the window for a while. He then decided to go out aswell. He went to get his coat from his room, and went out. He decided to watch her from a distance before he would show himself. He stood near a bush, that almost covered him. He was proud of her. She wasn't one for sitting idle. He was glad she was training to get her strenght back. He smiled softly.

Laura kept doing spin kicks for a while, before she would do punches again. Though she did some techniques, back flipping before she ran back at the bag, punching it hard. Then acting as if she dodged something, then going down to her feet, spinning as if she kicked someone off her feet. After a few techniques, she took some breaths. Before she went back to it, she started to grunt now. Feeling her adrenaline kick in. She kicked a button, which made boards pop up. Her claws came out, slicing each board that came up fast. After a while of doing this, she screamed in rage, stabbing the bag fast. Her eyes narrowed, her breathing irregular. It was clear then; Even if she was alone, she was acting as if she was fighting someone..

She calmed down, making her claws go back in her. Her eyes looked at the bag, sighing before the claw in her foot came out. Spinning kicking, cutting the bag down. She was going to have to replace it. Laura got a water bottle, sipping some of the water.

He narrowed his eyes, and realised she wasn't just practising. It seemed she was letting out steam. He decided to step out. "Training hard I see."

Laura jumped, turning around fast. Her eyes looked at him as a smile broke on her face. She nodded, "Yeah, and letting out some steam." She said, stretching her muscles now. Her ponytail swayed every which way she moved.

He smiled warmly, watching her ponytali sway around. He went next to her. "That's fine. Just don't over work it." He said, seeing her turn her attention from him. He smirked and lunged forward, trying to land a punch on her.

"I won't promise." She said, before looking down to her feet as she stretched. She heard movement from him, looking up before she dropped to the ground, dodging. Laura spinned kicked him on the ground, watching him fall on one of the pads. She smirked, "So, you wanna go for a round huh?"

He smirked at her from the ground. He started to get up. "Sure. Just don't claw me again." He dusted his coat, and charged for her again. She jumped away from him dodging his blows. She took hold of his arm and threw him over her shoulder, he landed on the ground again.

"Trust me, I won't." She said, smiling at him. She backed up fast, dodging his attacks. Laura flipped him over her shoulder, walking to him as she pinned him to the ground. Making it to where he would have to work to get out of it. A smirked formed on her face. She started to hum the song she had made up for it.

He smirked up at her when she pinned him. He looked at his hands, trying to see if he could get out of her hold, he heard her humming and looked back at her. He smiled warmly when he recognised the song. He let his eyes soften a bit. She leaned her face closer, and he kissed her. He could feel her grip on his wrists loosen. He smirked into the kiss and rolled on top of her, pinning her down now. He broke the kiss and smirked down at her.

Laura gasped, feeling him pin her down. She smiled, "Good job." She laughed softly, humming the song until she got to the chorus. Looking up at him with passion for him..As she finally sung to him..

He grinned down at her, listening to her song, holding her down thight. "You try to charm me with your song?"

Laura laughed softly, "Maybe.." She said, before she tried to get out of the pin. She gasped, feeling him turn her over. Grunting when he held her arms behind her back. Laura looked at him over her shoulder. She grunted when he pushed her arms up, "Damn your good." She laughed softly. Before she relaxed her muscles, thinking of how she could get out.

He smirked at her, and leaned to her ear. "You know I am." He reached his hand behind him, and touched her butt. "But as you know I can be bad also." He let his hand rub her slit.

Laura blushed, laughing as he answered her. Though her cheeks turned brighter, feeling him touch her butt. She then moaned as he rubbed her. Her cheeks bright red now. It was unexpected, yet it felt good, "Y-Yeah you can be." She said, smirking as she looked at him over her shoulder again.

He smirked sexily, and let his hand slide up from her butt. He leaned to her ear again. "You want to continue this inside? Might be uncofortable doing it on the snow." He whispered softly to her ear, knowing very well it tickled her ear. He got up from ontop of her.
