Chloe glanced down at the dog and winced before she started to sketch a symbol that she showed to Clark, "That's the one." She whispered.

Clark frowned, "Oh Chloe, this isn't good, its the Kryptonian symbol for Doom, remember Davis Bloome?" He asked quietly.

Chloe looked down, "Yes...Clark if he comes here we both know its game over. He won't stop until he has me and he's unstoppable." She said quietly as tears started to fall.

Bruce gave Clark a look, he didn't remember anyone by the name of Davis Bloome.

Krypto moved around the room, his steps showing how uncomfortable he was being in the room.

Clark met Bruce's gaze, "Davis Bloome is the vessel for Doomsday....I can't stop Doomsday he's too powerful for me. He was made to destroy Kryptonians and he's obsessed with Chloe." He said darkly as he pinched his nose, the day had gotten from bad to worse.

Chloe bit her lip, "I can't have anyone risking their lives for me Clark...I can't lose you, maybe it'll be easier if I just go and make sure he never hurts you or anyone." She said.

Bruce's mouth turned into a line, he wasn't exactly sure if he enjoyed this turn of events, "I'm more than happy to risk my life to protect you, I'm not sure about Clark but I will." Bruce said, staring at them, folding his arms.

Krypto moved next to Bruce, moving into a laying position in front of him.

Chloe frowned, "I can't risk that....but why do you care? I mean I don't remember you." She covered her face and looked down. "I hate not remembering." She muttered.

Clark sighed, "Chloe I don't care about the consequences I am going to make sure Davis doesn't hurt you again." He said

Bruce wasn't going to ruin what he had already ruined. He looked at Clark, "Well, should we set up for a serious battle?"

Clark nodded, "Look Chloe you need to stay here, Bruce and I are going to prepare for the worst ok?" He asked

Chloe bit her lip, "He'll kill you! Both of you! I am not going to sit quietly while you or anyone else is in danger!" She yelled.

"You seriously doubt both of our combined skill sets." Bruce stated, knowing how strong this man was. He'd most likely beat Batman while Superman would have to defeat him fully, "Clark, we should all move to the danger room. We can set defenses there."

Chloe frowned, "I don't doubt your skills...I just know that Davis is a serial killer, when he turns into Doomsday....he can destroy anything...after all he killed...Jimmy because of me. I don't want to watch any of you get killed...I'm not worth that." She whispered.

Clark winced, "Chloe, I don't care what you say next we aren't going to have a repeat of before, I promise." He said.

"Promise." Bruce said, still giving Clark his look. Waiting for the man to take lead of the area for now.

Clark turned and left with Bruce and Krypto right behind him, Chloe watched them leave and sighed, it didn't help that she was losing her memory she thought before she followed them.
