Let's see what'cha got

Logan led Kara to the Danger Room. He walked into the room and extended his claws.

"Now this is more like it." He said, smirking as his strong senses came back.

Kara felt her power surge through her, jumping as she flew up when she saw his claws, "WHOA!" Her eyes stayed glued to his claws, "You could seriously hurt someone with those."

"Only those who bug me." He stated nonchalant. He retracted them, watching her fly.

"So, laser eyes and flying, what else you got?" He asked, curious about her power(s).

Kara spun around in the air, feeling great she could fly. She looked at Logan, "We'll I have super strength." Her eyes looked around, looking back at him, "What about you have any other powers?" She went down to him, hovering as she didn't want to let her feet touch the ground.

He took off his right glove and extended the claws from it. "Healing." He stated, retracting the claws. Instantly his knuckles healed.

"And let's just say that I have very strong senses, superhuman strength, agility, stamina, and reflexes." He said, crossing his arms.

Kara flew over his right hand, studying the hand as it healed, "Whoa! That's pretty cool." She then looked at him as he spoke about his other abilities, "Wow, quite a lot there." She then flew back to her spot, looking further in the danger room. As if she was like a little child who wanted to go in.

Logan smirked at her reaction. "Ready to start a simulation?" He asked, watching her.

Her head whipped around, nodding fast, "Yes!"

His smirk grew. "All right, I think we'll go with a bit of an advanced one, seeing as you have of your powers." He said.

"Danger Room, begin simulation 10." He commanded, moving over to the watching area. "I figured you'd want to go at it alone first, just to warm up." He stated, smirking as he leaned against the wall, with his arms crossed.

Kara smirked, "Bring it on. I'm not afraid of anything, even if it could kill me." She then stopped, watching him going to the watching area, "Fine, but your next." She pointed at him, smirking as she flew into the room.

She landed on the floor. Her eyes looking around, hearing something creep up on her. It sounded like something that meant to be quiet. She turned around, dodging the lazer that suddenly went fast as she turned. Her eyes scanned the room, flying up to dodge another lazer. Kara turned around, seeing a stone ball being thrown at her. She caught it, flying back as she caught it. Making her hault to a stop as she threw it at a flat surface coming at her fast, making her fly through the hole. She turned around to late to get hit with another ball, making her fly onto the floor, "Shit!" She cursed, looking up and back flipped out of a way for lazers that seemed to come faster for her, making her fly, dodging them all. Kara turned around fast enough to punch a hole in another flat surface wall that flew at her fast.

After a few more rounds, the simulation was done. Making Kara fly to her knees, breathing hard. There was stuff she had to work on but, even she wasn't perfect. She stood up straight, fixing her uniform and her hair. Her breathing was irregular as she turned to look at Logan, "That felt good..To relieve some of the tension.."

As she did the simulation, Logan's eyes never left her figure. When she was done, he walked over to her. He watched her breathing and smirked.

"Nice, only students who have beaten that are Summers and Grey, but only when they're working together." He stated, nodding in approval.

Kara put her hands on her waist, watching him walk to her. She smiled, listening to what he was saying, "Well, my cousin helped me a lot. Hell, he is the one I became a superhero and learned to love my powers. And I really love them, and I love that I can help people." She then laughed, putting her hand on her head, "Sorry! I am rambling. Just, I love using my powers when I'm stressed."

Logan smiled a little. She was pretty cute.

His smile turned into a smirk. "I'm used to ramblers." He stated.

"I believe it's my turn." He said, extending his claws. "You may want to go to the watching area." He stated, nodding his head back to the area he was at earlier.

Kara smirked at him, looking straight into his eyes. Her smirk turned into a smile when he said he was use to ramblers. When he spoke about his turn she laughed, tapping his nose, "Yup, it's your turn!" She laughed, walking away as she turned around, "Good luck!" She ran to the watching area.

His eyebrows raised in shock when she tapped his nose. He looked back at her for a moment, before turning around and shaking his head.

"All right, Danger Room, begin simulation "Wolverine"... again." He said, as he pulled out a blindfold from his pocket.

He wrapped the blindfold around his eyes and took a deep breath. He could feel the vibrations of the Danger Room. He could hear the high pitch noise of a laser getting ready to fire. He moved into a stance and waited a beat, before dodging a laser and then climbing up a rod that shot down into the ground where he had been standing.

He slashed his claws through nets that shot at him. He jumped when a pillar swung at him. He landed on it and cut the wires, sending the pillar to crash into the laser gun that was getting ready to fire again.

He jumped at the last minute and landed in a roll. He stood up ran, dodging blades and lasers. He leaped up when a boulder was about to hit him and landed on other side of it. The boulder did a 180 and chased him up the wall.

He led the boulder to run over another laser. He stood in one spot and waited, as the boulder came charging at him.

At the last minute, he dodged the boulder as the rod came crashing down on it, splitting the boulder in half.

By the time the simulation was done, all of the weapons had either been crushed or slashed into pieces. Wolverine finally removed the blindfold and wiped the sweat from his brow.

Kara eyes widened, watching him do his simulation. At some points she would check his muscles flex. Making her look at his face right after. When he was finished, she walked out of the watching area, walking to him as she clapped, "Very impressive. But, remind me never to get on your bad side. Would hate to get the shit beaten out of me." She laughed, looking up at him as her hands went on her waist.

Logan looked back at Kara when she started clapping. He smirked. "Yeah, fighting me can get pretty gruesome. The kids hate it when I push them pass simulation 6." He stated, walking over to the watching area. He pressed a button on the wall and a door slid open. "Want some water?" He asked, grabbing a towel for him and a bottle of water.

He tossed her a water when she said yes.

"Hope you don't mind, but this is pretty soaked." He said, before taking off his shirt part of his costume. He placed the towel around his neck and took a long drink.

Kara smirked, "Aww, I'm sure they can live. After all you seem to be a great teacher." She watched him get some water, saying yes as he offered her some. She caught it, opening it as she drank some of the water. Though her eyes traveled to his abs as he took off his shirt, making her eyes travel back to his face as fast a possible, "No, I don't mind. Don't worry." She smiled, winking at him.

Logan smirked at her, before sitting down.

"I'm going to take a shot at this and say we're not from the same Universe. When you mentioned your cousin, you made it sound as if we should have heard of him, or you for that matter." He stated, taking another swig of his water.

Kara stayed standing up, looking at him in the eyes as he spoke. Feeling a little guilty at the way she had acted, "Sorry if I seemed that way. And I know we are from different universes. I never heard of the x-men." She laughed nervously, "Didn't really mean it the way it sounded." She then sat down, looking a little bit guilty. Her eyes seemed to stare at the water bottle.

"Hey, don't worry about it. Honest mistake." He said, taking another drink of his water.

They sat in silence for a little while.

Kara coughed, "Well, then..Hmm, awkward silence." She laughed, setting her water down.

After a few more minutes of silence, she got up, taking a step before stepping on the water bottle. Making her eyes go wide as she squealed falling backwards fast.

Logan smiled a little when she said that. She didn't notice it as she stood.

When she fell backwards, his reflexes kicked in and caught her, while in a kneeling position.

He had to chuckle a little. "Pretty interesting how that a girl who can fly, falls so easily."

Kara's legs almost went fully up as he caught her, laughing at how he made fun of her a little, "Shut up.." She joked, lifting her head up, "Anyway Th-!!" She had turned her head to immediately have her eyes open wide and have her whole body freeze. Their lips were now touching.

His body tensed and his eyes widened when her lips touched his.

Only thing he could hear was the fast rhythm of their hearts beating. His senses had always been heightened, but now that he's spent sometime with the senses dulled, his body could feel every curve of her body, like it was a new sensation. He could feel the warmth radiating from her body.

Damn... Was the only word that was clear through the distorted thoughts.
