Swimming Time Fun

Diana rolled her eyes, taking off her towel; just diving into the cool water. Her head coming out of the water as she threaded water, "No pulling me." She said coyly.

Clark smiled at her, 'Don't worry, I just said that so you could join me." He said with a smile before he lightly splashed her.

Diana shook her head, moving back slightly when he splashed her, "Uh-huh, this means war." She said looking at him before throwing a larger splash as him, laughing lightly.

Clark laughed as the water got him, "Oh its on." He said with a laugh before he splashed her again.

Diana dove under the water to escape his splash, coming up once more to give him a bigger splash. She used to remember playing with her sisters in a similar fashion.

Clark laughed as he got even more wet, "Oh come on." He said as he shook water from his eyes, he used his arm to send a spray of water at Diana.

Diana shut her eyes, the water she makes her more wet, "Oh come on, you can't expect to go into a pool and not get wet." She said plotting her next move.

Clark laughed at her words, 'Do you give up?" He asked teasingly as he sent little waves in her direction with his arms.

Diana shook her head diving under the water, moving through the water grabbing Clark's legs to make him fall into the water harshly. She let go, propelling herself to the surface, she smiled triumphantly after she surfaced.

Clark surfaced gasping for air, "Ok you win." He said and coughed up some water that had gone down his mouth.

"Are you okay?" Diana asked, suddenly worried that he might have actually drowned with her playing.

Clark smirked and then pulled her under the water with him, when they both surfaced he smiled at her, "Oh I'm great." He said with a cheeky smile.

Diana was dragged under quickly. When she surface she shook her head, "Don't do that to me, Clark." She said, acting like she was traumatized.

Clark looked down, "Sorry Diana.....you should have seen your face though." He said as he remembered her look of shock and horror as he had dragged her down.

Diana laughed lightly, "I can only imagine."

Clark smiled at her again, "So you up for a race?" He asked with a small smile.

"O-oooh, no. Let's not, I'm not sure if I'll hurt your feelings when I win." Diana said, almost proudly. Almost.

Clark sighed almost in defeat, "All right if you're sure." He said and then started doing some laps.

Diana moved to the edge of the pull, rathering a bit more relaxed approach in the pool. She sat and counted Clark as he did lap, no doubt he wouldn't be through until he was bored of them.

After his tenth lap around he moved to sit by Diana, "So what do you want to do?" He asked as he nudged her gently.

Diana looked next to her, "10 laps? Bravo." she said with a laugh, "And you're the leader here, I'm just the sheep-eople." she said, using a word she heard some of the Young Justice members saying.

Clark laughed, "Whatever, I know you can do more then ten I just wanted to sit by you." He said and nudged her gently.

Diana took his hand, leaning on him, "You know, for someone that recharges in the sun you're actually not that tan." She mused aloud, letting her bluntness take advantage of the situation.

Clark glanced down at himself, "Yeah you're right....huh...maybe its time to make use of those tanning beds." He said teasingly.

"No, you're perfect the way you our." Diana said lightly, "I've been to California... it's disturbing the amount of orange people they have there, don't became orange I wouldn't be able to take you seriously."
