Alone once again..

Laura looked up at him, nodding, "I'm feeling better.." She said, smiling up at him.

Pietro smiled at her. "I'm glad I could help." Pietro leaned over and kissed her shoulder.

Laura nodded, she started to get comfortable, "Thanks.."

"Lets get some shut eye. Come here." Pietro pulled Laura to him and wrapped his arms around her middle, their legs intertwined and her back pressed against his front. "You know, there is no way someone as awesome as you is meant to be alone." Pietro kissed the back of her head as he drifted of too sleep.

NEXT DAY!

Laura had woken up, and she was sitting in a chair, holding the glass box with the dried white rose in it. Her eyes looked at it, feeling calm a little. She hummed a little tune, smiling softly as the rose was bringing nice memories to her.

Pietro woke slowly. He reached for the warm body that seemed to have disappeared. When Pietro raised his head he saw his most resent bed mate staring at a white rose in a glass case, humming slightly.


"So who gave you that? The one that was forced to leave you or the one that was stupid and left you?"

Laura didn't look at him, and her gaze didn't leave the rose, "The was that was forced to leave me." She said, going back to humming the tune.

Pietro got out of bed, and went to stand behind her. He put his hands on her shoulder and rubbed them lightly.

"It's beautiful." Pietro smiled at the rose and the back of Laura's head.

Laura felt his hands on her shoulder, enjoying the little massage. She smiled softly when he complimented on the rose, "It came from a beautiful man, who was and still is misjudged." She said softly.

Pietro smiled. " I would think we are all misunderstood."
