Fear isn't your friend

She starred at him. Surprised at his words. As she saw him standing up. She frowned again. ''Why did you make the call?!'' She said standing up too.

He glanced at her over his shoulder. 'Yes, why did you?' He looked away. "We had a deal, so I only honored it." He tried to keep his cool. He turned around. "What good is a deal if the other one dies before the deal is complete?"

She narrowed her eyes. ''You wouldn't have to get the ring, And you would not waste energy.'' She put her hands on her hips. ''I say it had gave you more than you have now.''

He mused to himself. "Well be that as it may, I think Superwoman needs a slap on the wrist sometimes. Or would you actually prefer to be dead right now?" He faced her, leaning on his cane.

She sighed. ''Yes maby i would prefere to be dead.'' She hissed. Walking towards the bed. She sat on it. Sighing.

"Don't say that!" He said a bit too forcefully. He looked away embarassed. "You would make many people sad if you died."

''Pff why would you care.'' She looked down. ''I am the one who makes everything worse!'' She yelled at him.
''Whatever not like you would care at all..''

He coughed. "Why wouldn't I care? You seem to forget I used to be in love with you. But that aside I think your fellow heroes would miss you too." He smiled mischeviously. "Not to mention, your boyfriend."

''In love. For what?! 10 Seconds? yeah right....'' She looked at him. ''He is not my boyfriend.'' She said looking down. ''Don't think you can make me angry or anything by saying that.''

"What does it matter how long I was in love with you?" He stated. When she talked about her boyfriend he was perplexed. "I was talking about Green Arrow, who were you talking about? I gathered you two are still a couple."

''..And afterwards you tried to kill me yourself. So you would not care.'' She sighed. ''Green Arrow... I don't even know what he is too me anymore..'' Rubbing her temples.

"Well you tried to stop me, besides that is in the past. Now the only place I would be killing you is the arena." He sensed she was uneasy. "I don't know what kind of pickle you have gotten yourself into, but I suggest you sort it out as soon as possible. Otherwise you will end up with a huge mess, that you can't clean." He sat down on the chair. "If you want you can talk to me. I won't tell anyone." He smiled at her friendly.

She was surprised he stayed. ''Me telling you what's bothering me?'' She shook her head. ''Don't you have any better to do than to listen to me?'' Standing up. She stood before him. ''What has happend to you? I destroyed everything you wanted to do in what you call The past. You have a reason to hate me but still you act all nice. Why?''

He smiled to her. "I know it sounds weird, but I won't tell anyone. If I would you would be telling about me helping you to Superwoman, so it's safe to assume your secret dies with me." He ignored her questions of what had happened to him, not wanting to answer them.

She frowned. ''Oke fine i trust you.'' Dinah noticed he ignored her questions. She brought her face closer. ''Why don't you answer my other questions?'' She narrowed her eyes. ''Seems like you won't trust me eh?''

He leaned back on his chair. "Tell you what. If you tell me what is bothering you, then I'll aswer to your questions." He said smirking at her.

She grinned. ''Fine.'' She sat back on the bed. Leaning on her arms. ''Well when i got here Flash was the first one to pick me up. And he explained everything. When we were sparring he suddenly kissed me. He told me i would never return his feelings. Because i was with greenarrow...Though i somehow did, Wich was strange. But than Green Arrow arrived here. And well..Things got awkward. And he attacked Flash. After that. I went to my room and found that my ring has been stolen. And Flash was the one saving me..Not arrow. Even if he didn't know..He told me he would fight for me. But i just don't feel that he tells the truth. And i am not sure what to feel for Flash. I do love him but i don't know. I am afraid Arrow will...'' She took a deep breath. ''Arrow will kill Flash and it will all be my stupid fault.....''
Dinah covered her face in her hands. ''I just wish nothing had happend and i never got togethere with green arrow relationships will make mission only harder.''

He listened carefully, sometimes it was hard to understand but itsoon made sense to him. He took a pause to prosess her story. "Well I think you should think about how you feel towards each of them, then tell them how you feel, so they know excactly where they stand. And don't worry about them killing one another. I'm sure it wont go that far. And you should talk to Green Arrow. He is probaply feeling hurt and confused."

She nodded slowly. ''Thank you for...helping me..'' She smiled slight at him. ''I did not expect to get actually help from you. Now i have answered your question. You must answer mine.''

He smirked at her. "Very well. I'm being nice to you, because I have no reason at the moment to be mean to you." He answered simply and smiled mischeviously.

''Yes you do.'' She mumbled. ''And that was not my question. I asked you what had happend to you. '' She said smiling softly at him. ''But if you don't want to tell me.''

He thought about the question for a while. "I just.... don't feel angry at you.... I can't explain it." He shrugged his shoulders. "And I guess I need atleast one friend in here." He snorted a laugh.

She widen her eyes. ''So you see me as a friend?'' She smiled. ''That is nice to have an Villain as a friend.'' Laughing. ''Thanks once again for bringing back my ring. You are different from what you was before. So what are your plans? Are you going to entrance the whole world with your singing when you get back?''

He laughed a bit. "I think that sadder than a consert hall full of mindcontrolled people is a world full of mindcontrolled people." He said saddly. "Though it was fun, trying to take over the world." He said suddenly smiling and looking up to the ceiling as if trying to contact a distant memory.

She smiled. ''I wouldn't doubt that.'' She layed on the bed. ''Controlling people can be fun. But when you are surrounded by people who just do everything the have been told with out any resistance i understand it would get boring.'' In the corner of her eye she watched the door. Flash is taking too long..Has something happend? Dinah got a bit worried. As she brought her attention back at Music Meister. She bend her knees looking up to the ceiling.
