Two birds in the pool..

Clark smiled down at her before he flipped her tube over, he then jumped down to join her her in the water.

Shayera shrieked, falling into the water, flapping her wings like crazy. She got to the surface, looking at Clark, wiping her face, her bun was loose now. Her wings fully up, but not up to where the collar would freak out and shock her. Her green eyes seemed to stare right through him.

It took at least ten minutes, before she started laughing at Clark's facial expression.

Clark had to join in, "I'm sorry Shayera but you have to admit that was pretty funny." He said as took in her bedraggled appearance.

Shayera shook her head, "Your cleaning my wings now." She laughed, "And you know how long that takes." She said, flapping them a little before she stretched them out, showing how wide they were.

Clark stopped laughing when he saw how many wings he would have to clean, he sighed and then smiled at her. "It's only fair, here I'll help you get out." He said and offered his hand to her.

Shayera smirked, loving the facial expression he made when he saw her wings, "It's totally fair." She stated, letting him help her out. Though when she got up, she shook her wings off, sending water straight at Clark. She smirked, walking to one of the chairs, going to underneath chair. Shayera had sneakily put the stuff she cleaned her feathers with underneath the chair, she took them out, throwing them to Clark, sitting on the chair as she spread her wings out.

A hour later..

Shayera had finished her right wing, letting Clark finish cleaning her left wing. She was nice enough to help him, "Not easy to clean these, huh?" She laughed, taking her wing out of his hands, finishing up her left wing, giving him a break.

Clark almost glared when she drenched him with her wings, but shook his head as she threw her cleaning solution at him. He sighed again and then went to work cleaning her wings, he tried not to notice how her wet suit clung to her. "So anything else you want me to do?" He asked teasingly.

Shayera turned to face him, making sure her wings didn't hit him, "Is there something you want to do?" She asked, smirking at him, knowing he was teasing. Her wings flapped, before they went down.

Clark laughed and rolled his eyes, "No I think my hands are worn out for the day." He said and waggled his eyebrows at her. "Actually, did you want to practice in the Danger Room with me?" He asked.

Shayera's eyebrow raised, giving him a look, "Nice." She laughed, getting up as she started putting her hair back into a high bun. She felt her hair was already drying, though it was silk and smooth, thanks to her being from another planet. Shayera looked at him, "I'd be glad to, let me go change though." She said, making sure she teased him, walking off so she could change.

Shayera walked to her room, putting her wet clothes in a basket. She put on her work out clothes; A yellow and orange sports bra, and sweat pants that matched them.

She waited outside her room, waiting for Clark, since she had no idea where the hell the Danger Room was.

He smiled after her and got up, he grabbed the towel that he had left on the chair and headed up to his room. On his way there he poked his head in to see how Kitty was doing an was relieved to hear her softly sleeping. He smiled and headed into his room to change into a blue t-shirt with a pair of sweatpants. He also grabbed some sneakers and was pulling them on as he met Shayera in the hallway. "So you ready?' He asked

Shayera crossed her arms, nodding at him, "Ready as I'll ever be." She said, leaning against the door frame, "Your going to have to lead the way, I have no idea where the Danger Room is."
