Wally walked in, he had gotten some flowers from the garden. "How are you doing Artemis?" He asked taking a vase and pouring some water on it before putting the flowers in it.

Artemis opened her eyes as she saw Wally walk in the room, she smiled, "Hey Wally, and I could be better." She laughed as she looked at the flowers he brought her, "Pretty flowers."

He smiled and put the vase on the bedside table. "Well I hope you feel better soon. That Pietro rushed you out of the arena so fast." He said laughing. "I'm glad you made it though."

Artemis smiled, "I just wish I had healing powers." She said as she smiled, before she laughed, "Well I had hoped my finacee would take me out of that place in a quick second." She smirked, before showing the ring on her finger.

He smiled widely. "Congratulations!!" He went to give her a gentle hug. "We could ask Chloe if she could heal you. I have seen her heal Bruce."

Artemis hugged him back, "Thank you." She said, before her eyes widened a little..though she looked away, "I don't want to burden her with that.."

He took a seat on the chair next to the bed. "Why not? I don't think she would mind."

"I just don't want to use her for her power..Even though people say it's helping..I feel like I'm just going to use her power.." She said as she sighed.

He nodded. "Okay, I can understand that." He then smirked. "So what is it with you and speedsters?" He asked with a mischevious smile, teasing her a bit.

Artemis looked at him and smirked, "Well I think I attract speedsters.." She said as she laughed, "But..usually they are good in bed." She said as she deflected his teasing. Though she shook her head, "To be honest, I don't know with the whole speedster thing..I usually make friends with them easier, I don't know.."

He smirked. "Admit it you were atracted by my magnetic personality." He laughed and nodded to her. "Well I suppose it is because you don't let us get away with everything."

Artemis smirked, "Naah..you were just good in bed." She said as she laughed, though she gave him a look that she was just kidding. She smiled, "Nope."

He laughed. "I was? Well you weren't that bad either. But yeah, I hope everything good to you and Pietro. He is a stand up guy."

Artemis laughed, "Thank you." She said before she smiled softly, "I really love him Wally.." She said as she looked down, "We went through a rough patch..but we got back together..And it made me realize..that I loved him..And when Shadow King kidnapped me for a month, Pietro was searching for me and he saved me. And It opened my eyes..that I didn't like being away from him..Also it helped that he wanted to change for me."

He frowned. "You were kidnapped?! I didn't know that. I'm sorry. I thought you were avoiding me." He placed his hand on hers gently. "I'm glad he is there for you."

Artemis nodded, "Yeah.." She then shook her head, "No..I wasn't..I was actually training and looking after Pietro's sister..Lorna." She said as smiled, "So am I..And to be honest, I thought you were avoiding me.."

HE smiled. "I could have brought up the me and Canary thing up with a little more sensitiveness. And after the arena match I really felt horrible about everything. I've started to socialize just lately." He said looking down saddly.
