Amanda was walking in the garden and found her way to the pool. She looked at the water and walked to it. She sat down on the ground and took off her shoes, dipping her feet in the water. She was moving her feet in the water. She wore a yellow dress and a black leather jacket.

Bruce had too much on his mind right now, everything that Diana had brought up in him... it... it was unbearable. Too many emotions coming from one area. He let his feet walk him any where, just away from Raven and Diana. He looked up and saw Amanda, just relaxing. He envied her position. She didn't have the entire weight of the Old Bruce's emotions crushing her.

She felt someones eyes on her back, and looked over her shoulder. She smiled. "Hi stranger! You remember anything new?"

Bruce nodded, couldn't keep still. He kept fidgeting in place, he couldn't deal with all of this. He always shoved it inside but he couldn't now. Now it was too raw, "Yes." he said in a small, rough voice.

Her smile widened and she patted the ground next to her. "Want to talk about it?"

Bruce looked both way before sitting next to the woman, crossing his legs to not accident sit them in the pool, "I... I was shown something that I wasn't prepared for." he stated, it would have been a shocker. Bruce was prepared for anything and everything.

She tilted her head. "What was it?"

Bruce wasn't sure if he should have told her, but it would feel nice to tell someone. It wasn't like he could just tell anyone, "I'm in love with my best friend's girlfriend."

Her eyebrows shot up in surprise. "That is unexpected. Who is this lucky girl?" She asked kicking her feet in the water.

Bruce moved his hands over his face, almost wishing he could disappear, "I'll give you one guess." He mumbled in his hands.

She smirked. "Could it be my better half then?"

"I hate you." he stated, not removing his hands from his face, unhappy she had guessed it. Was it that obvious?

She laughed. "We both know that is a lie." She said grinning widely and looking down at the water. "Well I kinda guessed the Ultraman copy or Flash was the friend, but I doubt you share that much time with the latter so I went with the boy in red and blue. And I know Diana is with him." She looked back at him. "Though if you mind me saying so you two would make a better couple."

"You should just stop before I try to rip your arm off." He mumbled threw his fingers, it wasn't his place to disrupt this. If the old-Batman hadn't. He shouldn't have.

She looked at him confused. "Why? I'm no threath to you."

"'Cause you're just convincing me how wrong it is." He said through his hand, he didn't know what to do but he knew what he couldn't do.

She smirked. "I'm a villain, what do you expect? Wrong is my right."

"Now I know you're just fucking with me." he cursed out, not one to curse at all. It was said in a more... amused tone than anything. He moved his hands from his face, "These moments are the reason I hate emotions." he droned out.

She stiffeled a laugh when he said the fucking part. "Sure sure...." She looked at her feet. "There are times when I curse emotions too." She said thinking about her kiss with Thomas.

Bruce made a noise, letting his back fall and hit the ground, "Today started off so well. It's... almost poetic how good days end horribly."

She lifted her feet out of the water. "Karma is a bitch." She said folding her legs next to her. She started to play with the grass.

"Karma? Karma has nothing to do with anything; good people don't deserve misery." He said in a darker tone.

She looked at him surprised. "Determine a good person. I have yet to seen one." She said standing up and putting her heels on.

"I'm hurt." He said looking at the sky, knowing he wasn't at all the good guy. He had caused too many deaths over the years.

She smirked. "Don't be. I belong to the same group too. Bad person." She ran her hand through her hair. "Do you want to go for a walk with me? I like to hang around your tree." She said laughing slightly.
