Unpleasant talks

Laura stood there, struggling to keep her balance, "Asshole." Her eyes narrowed more, "Controlling Adam! That's what your doing! Why are you doing this!?"

He just snorted. "So you wanna know how I came to be? Or why am I in control now at this moment?"

Laura nodded, standing up straighter now, "Yes, now, talk!"

He pursed his lips, eyeing her up and down. "Well I heard you talk smack about me to Adam, so I decided to set it straight."

Laura watched him eye her, "Stop looking at me like that. And, I only spoke the truth." She stated. Her eyes then widened, feeling the pain shoot through her, making her stumble forward. Grabbing a hold of the counter, her eyes narrowing at him, "Why are you controlling him anyway? What did he do to you?"

He jumped up from the bed and walked to her taking her from the shoulder and pushing her to the bed. He stood there leaning onto the counter. "Bullshit! I wouldn't hurt him. I know you don't have the balls to actually kill him, it was just something to shut you up." He glared at her. "He didn't do anything to me, he just created me. I take over now and then, when he needs me." He said smirking.

Laura jumped, backing up before he pushed her on the bed. She turned around fast, glaring at him. Her heart pounding. Her eyes shot wide open, "He created you? When..he needs you?" She felt herself freeze, getting worried now.

He grinned widely. "You wanna hear the whole story?" She just stared at him, which he took as a sign to continue. He started to tell the story, using alot of hand gestures. "Well imagine this. A ten year old boy. Sitting in a trash can, on the alley behind the place where he has his choir practise. Hiding from his bullies, doing his homework in a flashlights light while waiting for his mother to pick him up. He is discovered, and gets a beating. Then suddenly, he stands up and punches the lead bully. He gets his share of punches, but he has sent a message to the bulies now. Next time the bullies come to pick on him he makes them dance, by using his voice." He observed her reaction. "The reason why that boy punched the lead bully in the first place was me." He said pointing to himself.

Laura's eyes widened, her body freezing. She stared at him. She then looked down, covering her mouth kind of, "He created you..to protect him.." Laura then shook her head, "Then..then why did you do that to me? When you knew it would hurt him!? He is scared of himself..He is scared to come by me. You know how much we care for each other..Then why!? Why do this to him?"

He got serious. "Because you are a threath. Not to me, but to him. You will hurt him, more than he has ever been hurt before." He said crossing his arms over his chest. "And eventhough I'm his 'protector' I still have my needs."

Her eyes narrowed, "I will never hurt him. He's the first person to actually care about me. And, I vowed to myself, to never hurt him." She looked at him, glaring at him when he spoke the last sentence.

He pointed to his eye. "Yeah, lets pretend you don't." He started to walk closer to her now. "All these years, I have watched him get hurt, and all these years I've helped him get his revenge on the people who hurt him." He got even closer. "I admit it, I blew it with Canary. I thought she would be all willing and stuff like that. She would have completed him more. She would sing he would compose, that was all I wanted. But now, he is really serious about you. Why?"

Laura looked away, "I didn't mean for that to happen." She then looked at him fast, her eyes narrowing as he got closer to her. When he spoke about Canary, she looked away immediately...Hating the way he spoke about her. The words stung..

"She would have completed him more."

He looked at her with cold eyes. "You know he was a composer, and used to perform his music infront of people. You wanna know what happened?" He didn't wait for her response. "He flopped, eventhough his music was beautifull, and people would come to listen to him. Noone would remember the consert after he was done. Because of his ability. I got him his revenge by making him hypnotise the whole world with his voice. So I am very serious about protecting him."

Laura couldn't look at him. Her eyes slowly softening, "I am serious about protecting him to!" She yelled, looking at him finally.

"You had better be." He was by the bed now, and leaned over her. "Because I have no problem hurting you." He said running his hand from her collarbone, through her chest to her abdomen. "I know it will hurt him, but atleast it keeps him away from you." He said leaning away. "Oh and I suggest you keep our conversation to yourself. He might freak out." He sat on the bed next to her and laid down, closing his eyes.

Laura's eyes widened. She froze, "Fuck you." She watched him lay down, making her look down at the bed. The tears fell from her eyes finally. His words had hurt her, she punched the bed..

"She would have completed him more."

Adam opened his eye. He sat up. "Sorry, did I fall asleep?" He asked a bit ashamed.

Laura shook her head, "No..He took over again..Right when I was explaining what he did.."

He got up from the bed. "Did I .... he... hurt you again?" He asked clearly terrified.

"No..He just said some stuff..that really bugged me.."

He sat down on the bed, touching her hand gently. "Like what?"

Laura looked at him, explaining everything he did. Before she looked away, getting up as she walked to the counter. Her eyes looking down.

He got up and hugged her. "I had no idea. I'm sorry." He pulled away from the hugg. "How do you feel about that?"

Laura let him hug her, she was fighting the tears, "Horrible.."

"She would have completed him more."

It was tearing her piece by piece..The jealously..
